An excellent low calorie tea time or a cocktail snack.
Discard thick stems of radish leaves. Chop finely. Wash thoroughly in 2-3 changes of water.
Peel and cut only 2 radish, each into two halves lengthwise. Cut each piece into thin slices. (Keep the other two for a salad or parantha)
Heat oil. Reduce flame. Add ajwain. Fry till golden brown.
Add chopped onion and ginger. Stir till onions turn transparent
Reduce flame. Add salt, red chilli, haldi, amchoor, green chilli and mix.
Now add chopped radish greens & redish pieces. Bhuno for 3-4 minutes.
Add sugar and garam masala. Cover and cook on low flame till radish turns tender.
Bhuno for 1-2 minutes. Check salt and spices and add more if required. Serve hot.
